Tejpavan Singh Gandhok, is the co-promoter and CEO of LiteBite,
Foods Pvt limited. Along with Amit Burman, this venture seeks to form a pan India chain of restaurants, across the various formats and in different brand offerings. Gandhok has held partnership roles in private equity and strategy consulting with leading firms such as Halcyon, AT Kearney, Stern Stewart & co; the Boston Consulting Group and advised many Indian and international corporates on their organised retail entry/growth strategies.

An engineering graduate from IIT Delhi, Mr. Thomas Varghese attended the Advance Management Program at Harvard Business School at Boston, USA. With over 25 years of rich experience, he has been conferred with the coveted award of “Outstanding Business Leader” at the 5th Aditya Birla Award ceremony in 2004 for his stewardship of the VSF Business in to a global leadership position. He has been serving the Aditya Birla Group with distinction since 1999. He is also an Academic Council Member for the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management & Higher Studies, Mumbai.

Thomas Capune is founding partner and chairman of CSP Capune Strategy Partner - a leading European consultancy for marketing, sales and growth strategies within the food- and nonfood business. After a long experience well in the industry as well the consulting business, Thomas Capune is working for leading fast moving consumer goods companies ( e.g. Wrigley, Beiersdorf, Bacardi, Nestle, etc ) as well as for big European retailers like Edeka and Karstadt. In 2009 Thomas Capune founded CSP India in cooperation with Gofish ( New Delhi ) and helps European companies to come to India and Indian companies to enter the European/ German market.
