NIMISH SHAH, V.P Retail Operations, Spencer’s Retail Ltd.
Nimish Shah oversees the growth plan in the big formats and is responsible
for store operations, retail expansions, property acquisitions, project executions and
supply chain of the same. Nimish began his career as Sales Manager, Philips India
Ltd. He moved on to DHL Worldwide Express as Marketing Manager. Thereon, he
moved to Shoppers Stop where he was responsible for store profitability and top line
growth in Mumbai region. Nimish is with Spencer’s since July 2005.
Nimish has a rich experience in both Lifestyle and Food retailing spanning over
8 years and holds an Engineering Degree from Mumbai University and a M.M.S
(Marketing) from NMIMS, Mumbai.

Niren Chaudhary, managing director (Indian subcontinent, Yum! Restaurants India.
Niren Chaudhary is the Managing Director at Yum! Restaurants India. YRI is a subsidiary of Yum Restaurants which owns the brands – Pizza Hut, KFC, A&W, Long John Silver and Taco Bell worldwide.
Niren has more than two decades of experience of which he has spent over a decade working with Yum! Brands in various echelons. Prior to this he was the General Manager of KFC Netherlands & Germany. He has also been the Operations Director Pizza Hut, KFC India. Prior to joining Yum! Brands, Niren worked with Tata Administrative Service from 1986 to 1994. He completed his graduation from St. Stephens College, University of Delhi and did his MBA from FMS (Faculty of Management Studies).

Nawabzada Omer Bin Jung, Managing Director, Prestige Leisure Resorts Private Limited
Nawabzada Omer Bin Jung spearheads the foray of the Prestige Group into Hospitality, the focus is on setting up International Health Spas, City Hotels, Resorts and Food Courts in India. An MBA, he has done his PG in Business Studies from the London School of Economics, UK and has certification in Strategic Management by Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.

Omer Bin Jung has also pioneered the Food Lounge concept in Bangalore with Transit – The Food Lounge at Forum Mall, the largest food lounge seating 550 people at a time and service over 12 different cuisines.
